Art Carpet's OEKO-TEX Certifications:
What Do They Mean?

OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100

When a textile article carries the STANDARD 100 label, you can be certain that every component of this article, including every thread, button, and other accessories, has been tested for harmful substances and is therefore harmless to human health. The test is conducted by independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes based on their extensive OEKO-TEX® criteria catalog. They take into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances that may be harmful to human health. In many cases, the limit values for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements.

OEKO-TEX STeP CERTIFICATION

STeP differs from other certification systems by providing a comprehensive analysis and assessment of production conditions rather than considering only individual sustainability aspects. STeP analyzes all important areas of a company using six modules:

        - Chemical Management

        - Environmental Performance

        - Environmental Management

        - Social Responsibility

        - Quality Management

        - Health Protection and Safety at Work

The aim of STeP certification is the long-term implementation of environmentally friendly production processes, social working conditions, and optimal health and safety.

By choosing Art Carpet, you can be confident that our products meet the highest standards for quality, safety, and sustainability.
