Refunds Policy

At Art Carpet, we strive to provide excellent products and service to all of our customers. However, we understand that there may be times when something goes wrong. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience with the Art Carpet or the products you receive, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to address any issues and resolve them as quickly as possible.

Quick Guide 

You have the right to cancel your order and request a full refund for any item that has not yet been shipped. You can also return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To cancel your order before it has been shipped, contact us with your order number. If you cancel after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for any return shipping charges.

If you want to return an unwanted item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to let us know. You are responsible for returning the item to us in saleable condition, securely packaged, and using a recorded delivery service with adequate insurance. We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused in transit by your courier.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us to notify us of your intention to return the item. Our office can be reached at 01229 828568 or via email at service@art-carpet.co.uk. Kindly ensure that the rug is re-rolled and re-wrapped using its original packaging, including the cardboard end protectors, while ensuring the visibility of the label and barcode. Please securely seal the packaging with wrapping tape before dispatching it back to us through a signed delivery service of your preference. Failure to adhere to these return instructions may impact the eligibility for a full refund.

All refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancelling your order, or from receiving your returned goods.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take a picture of the damage and send it to service@art-carpet.co.uk and we will assess the damage and either replace the item or offer a full refund.
